DIY: Homemade calming mask for irritated skin


What you need:
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp of Aloe Vera Gel or juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 peeled cucumber
  • A few drops of chamomile oil (optional)


How to:
  • I find the best way to combine the ingredients is to use a blender.
  • Once all the ingredients are combined into a paste, apply to the face.
  • leave on for 10-15 minutes.
  • Wash off with warm water and a face cloth.
  • Finish with a moisturiser suitable for your skin type.
