I bought this a couple of months ago and have been testing it out, on and off since. This claims to mattify any lipstick, extend the true colour and durability of any lipstick and be a light, gel-like texture.
To be honest I didn't find that it mattified the lipstick at all, and I tried it with a number of different formulas of lipstick. It also felt very slippery on the lips like the lipstick would end up being all over my face within 15 minutes. I found that it moved the lipstick underneath and made it look patchy. I tried using it both with my fingers and a brush.
This is one Catrice product I really wouldn't recommend.
