DIY: Homemade Rice Water Toner and It's Benefits

 

This is one of the easiest DIY's to make. 

How to: 
  • Take 1 cup of uncooked rice (preferably Organic) and rinse it thoroughly.
  • Leave the rice to soak in filtered water for at least 30 minutes. 
  • Drain the water and store in a bottle.
  • alternatively you could pop it in an airtight container over some cotton pads. 
Benefits:
  • Brightens the complexion while erasing dark spots and blemishes.
  • Contains anti-aging properties.
  • Can help to calm symptoms of eczema, acne and inflammation.
