This is one of the easiest DIY's to make.
How to:
- Take 1 cup of uncooked rice (preferably Organic) and rinse it thoroughly.
- Leave the rice to soak in filtered water for at least 30 minutes.
- Drain the water and store in a bottle.
- alternatively you could pop it in an airtight container over some cotton pads.
Benefits:
- Brightens the complexion while erasing dark spots and blemishes.
- Contains anti-aging properties.
- Can help to calm symptoms of eczema, acne and inflammation.
