Black eye liner

How to:
* Apply the black eye liner to the outsides of your lips (the first and last third).
* Blend this out with a lip brush so as not to have any harsh lines.
* Next using the same lip brush apply the red lipstick over where you placed the black liner.
* Then apply the lipstick to the rest of your lips.
And there you have it! The perfect easy vampy ombre lip!
