The theme of this month's box is travel friendly sized, summer problem solvers and makeup that can stand the heat. Below is what I recieved in my box:
🔹 Bellapierre Cosmetics banana setting powder - full size
🔹 Spectrum collections small fan brush A10
🔹 Monu professional skincare monuspa soothing after sun lotion - 100 ml travel size
🔹 papanga spiral hair bands - 2 pack
🔹Catrice cosmetics ultimate colour lipstick in 020 maroon - full size
I'm not usually one for baking my face however after using the Bellapierre banana powder, I'm really liking it. This powder is super finely milled and dusts away beautifuly while helping to disguise the dark circles under my eyes. I'll get back to you after I've been using it for a longer period of time to let you know if I still like it.
The spectrum collections fan brush is great for either using with a highlight or for dusting off your bake. The handle seems very sturdy and the synthetic bristles are super soft. Plus the colours are cute.
I haven't yet tried the monuspa soothing after sun lotion but as soon as I do I'll let you know. I usually try and stay out of the sun as much as possible, so I haven't had the need to use it yet.
The papanga spiral hair bands are cute and they really do hold your hair up. I love the invisibobble brand so it's nice to see another brand that's cheaper and comes in different colours and sizes.
I love the formula of Catrice lipsticks and was glad to see that I actually don't own this shade already. It's a lovely deeper nude that I think would look very flattering on most skin tones. And for €4.50 you really can't go wrong.
The overall value of this month's box came in at €57.78! I got 4 full sized products and 1 really decent travel size. I'm really impressed with this month's box and would use everything I got!
Great job Glossybox
