I really do love a good liquid lip stick and revolution didn't let the side down with their matte lip kits.
The lip pencil that comes with this lip kit is super creamy and applies really well to the lips. The liquid lipstick is a great formula, it applies smoothly, it's not streaky and its very pigmented. When this dries to a matte finish it still feels creamy and comfortable on the lips.
The shade Echelon is a light brown/beige. It applies beige but dries down much darker. This lasts for hours on the lips, through eating and drinking. By the end of the day it did start to crumble and flake at the corners. But to be honest the lasting power is still great! I might look into the other colours that this is available in as I wouldn't mind getting this formula in a couple of different shades.
