What you need:
- 1.5 tbsp dry porridge oats
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- strong brewed green tea
How to:
- Add the porridge oats, yoghurt, apple cider vinegar and honey into a bowl and mix
- Add 3 tbsp of hot, strongly brewed green tea and mix
- Apply to the face and leave on for 15-20 minutes
- Wash off with a damp cloth and warm water.
