DIY: Mask to reduce Rosacea


What you need: 
  • 1.5 tbsp dry porridge oats
  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • strong brewed green tea
How to:
  • Add the porridge oats, yoghurt, apple cider vinegar and honey into a bowl and mix
  • Add 3 tbsp of hot, strongly brewed green tea and mix
  • Apply to the face and leave on for 15-20 minutes
  • Wash off with a damp cloth and warm water.
