I received this in one of my Glossyboxes last year. This is a dual phase eye makeup remover that claims to be designed specifically for removing waterproof and long lasting makeup. It also claims to not leave a greasy film.
To be honest I don't really like it! It doesn't remove waterproof mascara, it doesn't even remove normal mascara without the need to scrub at your eyes. It also does leave an oily film on the skin and makes your eyes go blurry.
Overall I won't go out of my way to buy this product.
