What you need:
- 1 cup Epsom salts
- 1 cup baking soda
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 5 drops of lemon essential oil
How to:
- mix everything together in a bowl
- this can be stored for 2-3 weeks in an airtight container
- when using this simply add half a cup into the water of your foot bath and soak
- follow with a moisturising foot cream.
