If there is one product I replace constantly it's my mascara! I always stick to the 3 month expiration date as I've had nasty eye infections before and don't want to risk getting one again. So as I'm throwing them out after 3 months, I don't want to buy a super expensive one as there is usually still a good bit of product left in it after the 3 months.
I picked this up as I had heard great reviews about it and really wanted to try it for myself. This is meant to be a lash multiplying mascara and it does make my lashes appear darker and longer however I don't think it gives and volume. I find that because it's a rubber bristle brush it makes my lashes stick together and look a little like spiders legs. But I don't mind it that much as its not like your left with what looks like 3 lashes.
I have found that this mascara doesn't transfer or flake off. It is quite hard to remove so you do have to use an oily eye makeup remover to get it off.
The wand itself is quite an odd shape. It's shaped at a curve, on the top portion of the curve the bristles are longer then on the underneath of the curve. The bottom of the curve is great for getting right into your bottom lashes.
The only way I can make this work for me is to coat my lashes using the top part of the curve and then flick it over and go over them again with the bottom part to try and separate the lashes.
Overall it's not a horrendous mascara but I think there are other drugstore one out there that are cheaper and do a much better job.
