Review: Penny's own brand makeup

I was browsing through penny's recently and came across their P.S. love... Makeup line and decided to pick up a few bits to see what the were like.

The first thing I picked up was an eyeshadow palette which cost €3.50. It has some really nice neutral tones which are great for everyday. It also has a gorgeous gold shade, I would buy it just for the gold shade alone!!!! You definitely need to use a primer but for €3.50 you can't go wrong! This palette would be great for someone that is new to makeup or for someone that is on the hunt for a bargain.

I also picked up 4 lipsticks, a red, nude, coral and a pink. The textures are very wearable but they are very sheer so they do take a bit of building up to get the desired colour, but at €2 each they are worth a look. I especially like the nude and the coral.

So next time your in penny's have a little nose, you never know what you might find.
