1 cup of natural yoghurt
1/2 cup of porridge oats
How to:
- mix the yoghurt and the porridge oats together.
- leave on the skin for 10-15 mins
- wash off with warm water and a face cloth
- apply a moisturiser suited to your skin tone
and there you have it!! Personally I love this one as my skin is very sensitive.
